Sales Coordinator for training courses

Training Company looking for a dynamic Training and Sales Coordinator to contribute as a member of our Sales department as follows:

المهام المطلوب القيام بها:


1. Consult with customers on getting the most value on their training purchases.

2. Sales &Market available training opportunities and providing necessary information.

3. Communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.

4. assess training needs for the customer.

5. organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs.

6. handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.

7. establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers.

8. Work with Sales Training leadership to develop training modules to deliver on training curriculum objectives.

9. Promote collaboration and partnership by developing solid working relationships across all strata of the organization.

10. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.

11. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

12. Create and maintain reports and tracking tools.

المؤهل العلمي والشروط المطلوبة:

1. BA/BS degree, with minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Sales, Sales Training, or Marketing.

2. Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience.

3. Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively, quickly shifting gears to meet evolving business requirements while maintaining ability to deliver on objectives.

4. Clear understanding of the entire training development cycle: assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, deliver, monitor and evaluate.

5. Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, result-oriented attitude.

6. Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

8. Strong organizational and team management skills.

MS Office proficiency, with particular focus on Excel &PowerPoint.
