Al Watanieh for Fuels (GO) – Mobil Authorized Distributor – seeks to hire qualified

Operations Coordinator

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and follow up maintenance works for stations.
Follow up the customer complaints regarding stations with related parties.
Work closely with contractors and service providers.
Issue and follow up purchase orders and receive the required items.
Prepare periodic reports of operations activities and tasks.
Carry out other tasks related to operations department according to direct manager instructions.
Main Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any related field;
Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field;
Very good communication skills (reading, Written & Speaking);
Excellent planning and organizing workload skills;
Excellent follow up skills;
Excellent computerized software user.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Very good English command (reading, Written & Speaking);
