Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

Deliver local and remote IT support by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.

Take the appropriate actions in response to system alerts.

Perform scheduled tasks and routine maintenance.

Manage user accounts and data backups.

Take part in shift rotation.
