JOB OPPORTUNITY Female or Male Customer Service Representative. Abu Shakra Trading Company is seeking to recruit Ecommerce Customer Service Representative for a full time position, as per the following qualifications: – Degree in Business Administration or another related field – Minimum 1-2 years of work experience. Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls. – Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction. – Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas – Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. – Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies – Take the extra mile to engage customers. – A high level of communication skills. – A good level of English language.
