We are looking to hire a skilled HR & Admin Officer with solid operation process, who will support talent through developing policies and managing procedures, and he will be responsible for administrative tasks and contributing to make the company better place to work with the below requirements.
1- Solid Knowledge with HR Functions (Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Training & Development).
2- Proven Experiences as HR officer.
3- Understanding of Labor Law and Disciplinary Action.
4- Proficient in MS Office.
Very Good Knowledge in Mena Itech System is a MUST
1- Problem Solving and Decision-making Aptitude.
2- Strong Ethics and Reliability.
3- BSc in Business Administration or any Other Related Fields.
4- Good English Language.
5- 2-4 Years Experiences in HR is a MUST.
