Position: Programme Coordinator
Type of contract: Full Time Contract
Location: Jordan
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working for a donor-funded Programme which consists of the Design and Supervision of 18 schools, in addition to Capacity Building and other complementary measure.
Responsibilities:
- Full administrative duties for the programme, including filing, communication and logistics.
- Prepare Progress reports on monthly and bi-annual basis.
- Prepare presentations about programme and its progress as needed.
- Assume responsibility for coordination of program activities and strive to meet project activity results
- Maintain and initiate dialogue with key stakeholders
- Logistical arrangements of all meetings and events.
- Follow up and updating of Programme schedule as needed.
- Preparation and circulation of minutes of meetings and circulating them to all stakeholders.
- Ensuring Donor Visibility requirements are achieved in all project deliverables.
- Maintaining website and content creation for social media posts in assistance with graphic designer if needed. Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Being responsible for the purchase of office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Analytical and strategic thinking / results orientation.
- Attention to details.
- Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.
- Excellent Arabic and English writing and speaking skills. German is a plus.
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Excellent Computer skills in all Office software
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or any other related field. Design or Engineering is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in an international firm or donor funded project or donor organization.
