JOB TITLE : PAYROLL SPECIALIST (for Jordanian Nationality with Saudi Arabia experience)

Responsibilities:
•       Collect data (Timesheets) on working hours for each employee.
•       Performing calculations to calculate the amount owed that includes overtime, deductions, bonuses and etc.
•       Preparing and executing payment orders through an electronic (WPS).
•       Calculating the GOSI percentage and paying employee benefits.
•       Calculating End of Service (Resignation, Termination, End of Contract).
•       Update all data related to Payroll and End of service and follow up.
•       Cooperating with employees and supervisor and responding to questions related to (Payroll / End of Service).
Qualifications and desired requirements :
•       Two years or more of experience in Payroll and how they are calculated.
•       Proficient in handling MS Office products, especially advanced in Excel
•       Good knowledge GOSI.
•       Strong understanding for End of Service Calculations.
•       Very good knowledge of Saudi Labor Low.
•       Accuracy and strict confidentiality.
•       Experience with ERP systems.
•       Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•       Can identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
