مطلوب مدير عمليات التجار لإحدى الشركات الكبرى

Leading FMCG company looking for Merchandisers Operations Manager, to manage the Merchandisers team:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, Interview, and train merchandisers
Monitor the performance of the merchandisers in the stores.
Ensure a high level of quality and discipline for all in-store merchandisers (behavior, uniforms, professionalize, etc….)
Closely monitor and follow up the report through system.
Build a strong relationship with stores management and clients.
Managing clients reports and ensuring they are updated in the app.

Requirements:
Previous experience in store operations
Minimum 2 years experience in leading a team
Strong leadership and management abilities
