StraalPharma, a pharmaceutical wholesaler providing medications to key hospitals in the middle east is looking for a fresh graduate to fill the position of a full time:-
Job Title: Operations Officer
Education: –
A university degree preferably in one of the following fields:
Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Pharmacy.
Location: Amman, Jordan.
The selected candidate will be trained on the following tasks:
– Improving the efficiency of the supply chain cycle.
– Supply chain basics for medication.
– Tracking of orders for the complete supply chain cycle.
– Documentation and maintaining accurate logs.
– Commercial correspondence with international parties.
The candidate must have:
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Knowledge of computer skills (MS office, excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Good to have:
– Basic knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice).
– Familiar with freight terms, documents and supply chain basics.
Personal traits:
– Quick learner.
– Attentive to details.
