We need to hiring procurement and logistics supervisor department
Please note that the salary is between 650-850 JD

Key Responsibilities

 Purchase goods using MRP system as required in an accurate and timely manner.
 Maintain accurate dates on all orders
 Liaise with suppliers to build relationships, ensure the best pricing and source alternative
suppliers as required.
 Maintain information in Item Master (IBS); ensure it is up to date and accurate.
 Ensure inventory is well managed by assisting with cycle counts and stocktakes.
 Work with Purchasing and Logistics Manager to ensure the most economical methods of
transport are used for importation.
 Liaise with the Accounts, R&D and Production teams to ensure efficiency and
effectiveness.
 Other related tasks as required.

Directly Responsible to: Purchasing & Logistics
Functional Relationships with: Production
R&D
Administration/Accounts
Suppliers
All other ADInstruments staff
Expected Outcomes
 Adheres to ISO Quality System framework
 Ensure high quality of goods purchased and received
 Supplier Assessment and Evaluation completed accurately and on time.
 Item master records are completed and maintained to the appropriate levels.
 Inventory counts and amendments are processed accurately and efficiently.

 An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy.
