Oak Tree Group is looking for HR Officer who will be responsible to support the HR Department with key areas of the function and be responsible for the preparation and delivery of tasks or objectives in line with the wider HR & Development Strategy. This post will have a particular focus on recruitment ensuring the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience.
Main Accountabilities:
•       Input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
•       Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
•       Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
•       Follow up and create the needed for the onboarding process.
•       Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
•       Create and develop the needed Job Descriptions.
•       Ensuring the implementation & adherence of various policies, processes, procedures & systems across the organization.
•       Manage the transactional elements of HR including HR reporting, maintaining Employee data and drafting employment contracts and will assist with the implementation of various HR systems.
•       Responsible for HR data analysis such as staff turnover rate, attendance rate so as to manage the team in an effective way.
•       Develop a good working relationship with other departments and all employees.
Requirements and Qualifications
•       HR Experience in a similar role for not more than 3 years.
•       Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
•       Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
•       Experience in using Social Media plat forms to proactively source candidates.
•       ·A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
•       Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
•       Experience using Zoho system will be added value.
•       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•       Team player.
•       Excellent negotiation skills with a to-do attitude.
•       Able to multitask in a fast past working environment.
