Our Client an international manufacturing company who specialize in manufacturing, is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition to support the HR Department. You will give the needed support in Talent acquisition and recruitment in the HR Department.
Working location will be in Al Mwaqqar- Amman, with Garaged transportation:
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes . You will be responsible for ensuring candidates have an exceptional candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for all hires, determine candidate outreach strategies and execute processes.
Manage a full-cycle interview process from sourcing to screening to coordinating interviews to closing candidates.
Develop and nurture relationships with hiring sources and recruiting networks to sustain an active pool of candidates.
Source and screen qualified candidates, and build candidate profiles in ATS.
Organize hiring events and information sessions to build the brand and develop a steady pipeline of candidates.
Assist in developing retention programs and creating a candidate feedback loop to reduce turnover and build the internal applicant pool for development opportunities.
Responsible about the onboarding of new joiners.
Requirements:
Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiter / Talent Advisor.
Experience in using different Recruitment and sourcing tools
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organized in deadline-driven environment, self-motivated and results-oriented
Professionalism, personal integrity and confidentiality
