We are looking to hire an (HR Manager) to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY:
Managing all human resources’ functions and systems in terms of development and implementation in a way that supports achieving the organization’s goals and objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Developing Human Resources policies, systems and procedures, and ensuring their effective implementation according to the established objectives.
· Managing all aspects related to the Human Resources function including the recruitment, training, performance management, grading and salaries, incentives, career plans, succession plans, manpower plans.
· Communicating properly with the departments’ managers regarding all aspects related to the Human Resources and collaborating with them to ensure the proper handling of the requirements.
· Managing the implementation of personnel practices to ensure its consistency with the organization’s policies and procedures adopted for these functions; including office facilities, medical insurance, logistics, and social security.
· Meeting with employees to solve their problems within the organization’s policies and work to raise their morale and motivate them to work.
· Developing the training plan and training budget based on the training needs analysis and managing the process of the training for all the employees and ensuring its effectiveness and meeting the overall objectives.
Education:
B.A. in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of ten years’ experience in FMCG and Manufacturing field.
