We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with the following requirements:
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in related field.
– 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
– Good English language skill in writing, listening and speaking.
– Proficient in basic office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
– Fast typing speed, able to communicate online with multiple clients at the same time.
Responsibilities:
1- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with current policy and process.
2 – Ability to deal with different types of clients and have a sense of troubleshooting and multitasking.
3- Communicate with clients in a professional and effective manner.
4- Work together with the team’s goal, responsibilities and various tasks.
5- Working under pressure, overtime, and availability of shifts throughout the day.
6- To be an effective and supportive member of the team.
7- Commitment and self-discipline.
