مطلوب موظف IT Help Desk لإحدى الشركات الكبرى

Job Announcement: (IT Help Desk)

A leading industrial company in Jordan is looking for an “IT Help Desk”,

to perform the following tasks:
1. Keeping computers and printers up and ready to use.
2. Keeping CCTV cameras working.
3. Keeping attendance devices working without any problems.
4. Solving end-user problems.
5. Installation and configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications
6. Maintaining computer systems and networks
7. Coordinate with our staff or clients through a series of actions to help set up systems or resolve issues
8. Replace parts as required
9. Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
10. Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
11. Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers.
12. Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Qualifications:
· BSc. In CS / MIS / software engineer
· Fresh  – 2 years of experience in IT Support
· Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
