مطلوب موظفين خدمة عملاء لإحدى الشركات الكبرى

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Care (E-Commerce & Start-up background is highly preferable)

  • Answer customers’ calls, answer their questions and help with their inquiries.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint: determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods /tools
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Assist with the placement of orders, updates, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Follow up on customer cases with any related departments and handle their closure
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies & adapt to any changes.
  • Generate sales leads by cross-selling products, and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Attempt to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes and social media inquiries.
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Handling, and solving 3rd parties issues related to the customer’s shopping experience and satisfaction
  • Performance against team KPIs, to achieve required results
  • Maintain records, reports, and other documentation of quality and phone trends and activities.
  • Recommends and implements new or improved systems to enhance or expedite solutions related to customer issues.
  • Interact with different departmental staff to develop and maintain effective communication to resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Work on rotational shifts when required.
  • Keep an eye, and follow up on customer feedback, and complaints, and report it to the Customer Care Manager to enhance processes and systems.
  • Other tasks as assigned
