MMIS Management Consultants is a leading consulting firm in Jordan, active in the market since 1988. We pride ourselves as the first local consulting firm in the country. Starting from humble beginnings, MMIS grew to become a major player at the local level, and gained an increasing foothold in the region. The company specializes in work with international development organizations, government and public sector, and private sector players. We are actively expanding our team, and are looking to hire an analyst.
Job Description:
As an analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Data collection on the ground (interviews, focus group discussions),
- Data analysis, both qualitative and quantitative data sets,
- Conducting and summarizing desk research tasks on various topics,
- Drafting reports and deliverables,
- Project coordination,
- Researching and identifying future business opportunities for the company,
- Drafting proposals and company marketing material,
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- University degree in industrial engineering, economics, or business administration
- Preference will be given for applicants with IGCSE or IB high school degree
- 0-1 year of experience, preferably in management consulting, donor/NGO project management, or market research
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong language skills (speaking, writing, reading) in English and Arabic, English language test results (if available)
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), skills in specialized analytical software solutions such as Microsoft BI, Tableau, SPSS, E-Views, are a significant plus
