Required Skills and Competencies:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or any related field.
– 1-2 years of relevant experience.  
– knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
– Fluency in English and Arabic. 
– Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
