International industrial company in Amman – Jordan is looking for Chief Accountant – Costing, as following:

Experience in Manufacturing industry is a must.


Responsibilities

Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function
Manage day to day operations of the existing cost accounting function from management of current unit costs to monthly close and analysis
Development and maintenance of standard costs
Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost statement along with supporting analysis
Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities
Responsible for inventory accounting and reporting
Preparing the Company Budget and Budgetary reports on regular basis
Direct reporting to Finance Manager


Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Years of experience from 6 – 9 years in Costing
experience in Manufacturing industry is a must
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent knowledge of English
Strong analytical skills
