Industrial Company in Amman – Jordan is looking for IT Help Desk- Technical Support, as follows:
-Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
-Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components.
-Set up domain and email accounts for new users.
-Conduct daily backup operations and maintain & update technical -documentation regularly.
-Setup of Bio Metric Access and monitoring.
-Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
-Be the expert and first point of contact for a certain product and area of IT, such as cloud products, business systems, networks, or infrastructure.
Skills / Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
-Minimum 3+ year of related professional experience.
-Certified in ITIL Foundation, CCNA
-Working Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (On-premises and cloud) and Azure Active Directory, good understanding of computer operating systems (Windows), (IOS and Android) mobile devices, Office 365 Apps, troubleshooting design applications and other tech products Basic configurations of Switch, Router and Firewall with strong concept knowledge.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Network security experience.
