Description:
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide up-to-date, accurate, and relevant medical information related to Hikma products to respond to internal and external enquiries
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows all relevant Department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
- Searches for medical literature & Hikma data & documents to generate clinically relevant & evidence-based medical information.
- Creates & updates knowledge base documents to ensure medical information enquiries about Hikma products are addressed efficiently.
- Assists in the receipt, documentation, & transfer to relevant Departments of suspected adverse events & product quality complaints to ensure processing within the required timelines.
- Aids in the review of promotion & non-promotion materials to ensure that medical information is accurate & balanced.
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering industry best practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and Department requirements, policies, and standards
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
Qualifications:
MD or PharmD or bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences or any other relevant field
Experience:
0-3 years’ of experience in MA or any other relevant field
