Job Brief:

Ensure that all related hosted services are designed and produced to the market in the right form and shape (i.e. commercially, financially, and legally) and that all products will be continuously maintained, updated and modified to guarantee continuality and competitiveness

Key Responsibilities:

• Define market needs and market size by deploying scientific market research.
• Analyze market research data to come up with insights that will support the business.
• Tune current product to meet the market needs.
• Develop new products in the same stream that can assist in ensuring a higher market share.
• Develop marketing campaigns & material to help sales team close deals.
• Design a smooth internal process and set KPIs to assure smooth service delivery & user experience.
• Analyze current base behavior and maximize the generated revenue.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey and service level.
• Work with other teams to deliver high quality service & experience.
• Explore external opportunities & partnerships to enhance products & services.
• Assist in setting the hosted services Go-To-Market plan (Cloud, SaaS, UC, Corporate Voice).
• Run satisfaction campaigns to understand customers’ behavior and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Attend meetings with the Sales team when requested to provide sales support and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve requested targets within the allocated financial and human resources in a certain timeframe.

Requirements:

Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer/Electrical Engineering / MBA is a plus.

Level of Experience Limited Experience in a related field.

• Unified Communication Certification

Tools & Systems

Essential:

• CRM

Desirable:

• Power BI

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Essential:
Good knowledge of unified communications

Good knowledge of corporate voice

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent command of computer skills (MS Office)

Desirable:

• Good knowledge of Cloud services
• Good knowledge of SaaS
• Good knowledge of Data SIM
