Main Purpose of Job:
To manage all type of customer requests and solve or assign to correct owner. This role is also responsible for tele sales whilst developing relationships with customers
A Day in the Life:
- Capture telephone demand within the service level agreement to drive efficiency in demand capture process for inbound and outbound processes
- Professional and timely handling of all customer enquiries related to payment and orders by utilizing the 360-visibility tool
- Assign correct owners to customer request based on identified reason
- Recording of customer feedback from all areas of O2C processes
- Capture Voice of Customer and external surveys to learn customer perception and expectation.
- Provide basic technical solution and document requests by customer
- Am I a good fit?
- 1 to 2 years of Customer service in similar market environment
- 1 to 2 years in Sales Customer Administration or Call Centre or Direct Sales
- Operational experience in logistic functions (optional)
- Experience working in strong team environment and able to use problem solving skills.
- Excellent written& oral communication skills.
- College/University degree required

Position Summary:
In this role you will Support the Medical Manager to build the image and recommendation of Nestle infant nutrition formulas in the market through factual, science-based communication materials[F&SA1] that ensure ethical promotions to HealthCare Professionals.
Based in Jordan , you’ll be part of a family of medical professionals, meaning you always can share your successes and ask for support when necessary. Whether you have freshly graduated, or you are coming from another pharmaceutical or FMCG company, you’ll be working alongside some of the best in the industry, in a team of truly diverse professionals. Whether handling hospitals, independent clinics, or pharmacies, you can be sure to build strong partnerships, and really be a visible figure in the industry, offering support and solutions to those helping patients live healthier lives.
A day in the life of…
- Providing Medical Services to, and Establish Scientific Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals/Providers
- Initiate discussions with medical professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) on scientific basis and proof of product concepts
- Identify and work with KOL’s and form Advisory Board that can review and evaluate promotional materials and advise on matters ranging from regulatory clearances to clinical trials to latest trends in nutrition, pediatric and O&G
- Implement the nutrition and product knowledge training programs for Field staff, Brand Management and advertising agencies. Prepare and conduct lecture and RTD materials for product presentations to HCP’s and formulate examinations for Field staff
- Launch and promote the use of Nestle scientific websites among HCP’s and managing medical activities and plans
What will make you successful:
- Educational background in Medicine
- Working as a physician is preferable
- Strong scientific knowledge of infant nutrition concepts
- Much be able to speak and write in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of nutrition/pharmaceutical industry practices
- Ability to analyze and integrate scientific data into effective nutrition science communication for consumer-oriented health benefits
- Ability to deal closely with contacts and build strong, sustainable relationships
- High computer literacy
