تعلن شركة حكمة للادوية في عمان عن حاجتها الى :

JOB PURPOSE: To supervise financial postings and transactions to confirm they comply with financial regulations and internal policies as well as reporting results to higher management on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 
 

• Recommends improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Finance activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost- effective service to customers Day- to-day operations
• Supervises the day-to-day operations of Finance section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Job Specific Accountabilities Administers transactions done by finance departments to ensure they comply with policies and procedures.
• Conducts and prepares monthly, quarterly, annual, or ad-hoc reports to management to ensure smooth communication and effective continuous feedback.
• Performs the analysis of variances between actual and budget figures in order to present to management  Organizes the reconciliation of ledgers to ensure that all payments have been accounted and posted properly.
• Analyses and prepares reports in order to present higher levels of management and influence their decisions. Continuous Improvement  Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement

Reporting
 

• Prepares departmental reports of Finance timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards Safety, Quality & Environment
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment Related Assignments  Performs other related duties or assignments as directed

• QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: 
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or any related field. 
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance .
