Jordan Paramedic Society is looking to hire :

1- Training Coordinator & Admin Assistant 

Requirements:

* excellent communication and presentation skills.

*excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* energetic and self motivated.

*highly organized and ability to work under pressure.

* time management.

#Main_Responsibilities:

Preparing Price Offers.

Preparing training contracts and printing certificates.

Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.

Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Preparing and conducting meetings( online and onsite meetings)
Sales.

Preparing official books to different parties.

2- a logistic Coordinator 

Requirements: 
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same duration.
• strong sense of time management and organization skills.
• *Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• High school diploma or higher (logistic experience is preferred).

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
• Ensuring premises, assets, and communications are used effectively.
• Preparing the training rooms with all the equipment needed. 
• Driving the team and the staff to different locations when needed. 
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

3- an Accountant

Requirements: 
* bachelor dgree in accounting, at least 1 year experience in accouning.
* excellent time managment and highly organization skills.

* critical thinking skills and detail orientation.

Tax Preparation
Record Keeping
Risk Assessment
Internal Audit
Financial Transactions
