المسؤوليات والأدوار الرئيسية:
1- إجراء تحليل للبيانات على الأنظمة المستهدفة ، وتحليل البيانات المخزنة على الأنظمة المختلفة في البنك العربي لتحديد أي ثغرات من حيث عدم تناسق وعدم اكتمال البيانات المخزنة.
- إنشاء القواعد الاستثنائية التي سيتم تنفيذها على الأنظمة من أجل تزويد البنك بالوضع الحالي للبيانات المخزنة وتحديد مستوى تأثير الأعمال على قضايا جودة البيانات.
- استخراج البيانات المستهدفة لتحديد العملاء / الحقول المتأثرة للأنظمة المستهدفة لضمان تقديم تقارير دقيقة وكاملة في الوقت المناسب عن البيانات.
4- ادرس البيانات المتأثرة للتحقق مما إذا كان يمكن تطبيق الخطة التصحيحية تلقائيًا أو يدويًا. - العمل مع فرق COU المختلفة في جميع البلدان لتنظيف العملاء / الحقول المتأثرة.
6- قم بتعبئة BRDs ذات الصلة بجميع المتطلبات لتنظيف البيانات تلقائيًا. - إنشاء التوثيق والتحليل والصيانة للتقارير الشهرية / الفصلية / السنوية لجميع البلدان من أجل تنظيف العملاء المتأثرين.
8- تفسير البيانات وتحليل النتائج وتقديم تقارير مستمرة ومراقبة أي اتجاهات أو قضايا
9- مسؤول عن مراقبة تصحيح أي أخطاء أو استكمال أي بيانات فارغة أو إزالة أي بيانات ازدواجية.
10- مناقشة وتقديم تحسينات البيانات إلى المدير المباشر ،
11- تقييم المتطلبات وتقديم الملاحظات / المتطلبات لإعداد التقارير المخصصة ، بناءً على كل من تقارير النظام المنسقة مسبقًا ومقتطفات SQL المخصصة ، إلى الفريق الآخر كما هو مطلوب.
12- دعم فرق الأعمال التجارية / الرقمية في بدء وتنفيذ منتجات جديدة ، من خلال استخراج البيانات المطلوبة للقيام بعملية التنظيف المطلوبة.
13- الشراكة مع أنظمة وعمليات المعلومات لضمان دقة جمع البيانات وتحديد مجالات التحسين في إدارة البيانات ،
14- يضمن تنفيذ اللوائح المحلية للدولة المتعلقة بمختلف المنتجات والخدمات الخاضعة للحكم - إجراء اختبارات عمليات الأعمال وتقييمات قابلية الاستخدام وتحديد متطلبات شروط الاختبار. يتولى مسؤولية إنشاء حالات الاختبار وتفسيرها وتنفيذها. يقوم بإنشاء سجلات التتبع ، وإجراء التحقق من صحة اختبار النظام ، ووظائف النظام والمخرجات ذات الصلة بما في ذلك المعالجة المحاسبية ، والنصائح ، ووصول المستخدم ، وضوابط النظام ، ومعايير التحكم الدنيا ، وإدارة أنشطة الاختبار / UAT لمشاريع الدولة.
16- إجراء مزيد من التحليل لتحديد معنى البيانات.
17.إعداد السياسات والإجراءات والوثائق ذات الصلة ، والتي تشمل كتابة ونشر P&P لجودة البيانات ، ومناقشة أي بنود معلقة والاتفاق عليها مع أصحاب المصلحة ذوي الصلة.
18- استخدام النماذج المحوسبة المتطورة لاستخراج البيانات المطلوبة. - نقل جميع التقارير يدويًا ليتم إرسالها تلقائيًا.
20- إعداد المواد التدريبية وقيادة الأنشطة التدريبية المتعلقة بجودة البيانات
مؤهلات
تعليم:
• درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال / الهندسة الصناعية من جامعة معترف بها.
• الشهادة / التدريب: تعتبر شهادة Big Data Platform ميزة إضافية.
خبرة:
• خبرة سابقة تصل إلى 5 سنوات يفضل العمل في العمليات المصرفية أو عمليات معالجة الأعمال المماثلة
• يفضل الخبرة للعمل في عملية إعادة الهندسة أو أدوار تحليل البيانات
• يفضل الخبرة للعمل في بيئة المشروع

Description
Accountabilities & Key Roles:
1.Conduct data analysis on the target systems, and analyze stored data on various systems in Arab Bank to identify any gaps in terms of inconsistently and incompleteness of stored data.
2.Create the exceptional rules to be implemented on the systems in order to provide the bank with the current status of the stored data and identify business impact level of data quality issues.
3.Extract the target data to identify the impacted customers / fields for the target systems to ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting of the data.
4.Study the impacted data in order to check if the corrective plan can be applied automatically or manually.
5.Work with different teams of COU in all countries to clean up the impacted customers / fields.
6.Fill the related BRDs with all requirements in order to clean up the data automatically.
7.Create the documentation, analysis and maintenance of monthly/quarterly/annual reporting all countries results in order to clean up the impacted customers.
8.Interpret data, analyze the results and provide ongoing reports and observe any trends or issues
9.Accountable for monitoring that any errors are corrected, any null data are completed, or any duplication data are removed.
10.Discuss & present the data improvements to the direct manager,
11.Assess requirements and provide feedback/requirements for customized reporting, based upon both preformatted system reports and customized SQL extracts, to the other team as required.
12.Support the Business Innovation / Digital teams in initiating and implementing new products, by extracting the required data in order to do the required cleanup exercise.
13.Partner with Information systems and Operations to ensure accuracy of data collection and identify areas of improvement in data management,
14.Ensures implementation of the local country regulations related to various products and services under governance
15.Conduct business process tests and usability evaluations and defines test conditions requirements. Takes responsibility for creation of test cases, interprets and executes them. Creates traceability records, conducts system testing validating, system functionality and related outputs including accounting treatment, advices, user accesses and system controls, and minimum control standards, manages testing / UAT activities for country projects.
16.Performing further analysis to determine the meaning of the data,
17.Prepare policies and procedures and related documentation, which includes writing and circulating P&P for Data Quality,, discuss and agree with related stakeholders any pending items.
18.Using advanced computerized models to extract the data needed,
19.Transfer all manually reports to be automatically.
20.Preparing training materials and leading on training activities relating to Data Quality
Qualifications
Education:
•Bachelor Degree in Business / Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.
•Certification/training: Big Data Platform certification is a plus.
Experience:
•Up to 5 years previous experience preferred of working in Banking or similar business processing operations
•Experience preferred of working in process reengineering or data analysis roles
•Experience preferred of working in a project environment
