تسليم عدد كبير من المكالمات الواردة وتحية العملاء بلطف ومهنية.
تقييم وتقييم مخاوف العملاء وحل مشاكلهم بطريقة فعالة وفي الوقت المناسب.
تقديم معلومات المنتج والخدمة لعملائنا.
قم بالترويج لمنتجات وخدمات زين من خلال فهم احتياجات العملاء واهتماماتهم وتزويدهم بالعروض المناسبة التي تتناسب مع تلك الاحتياجات.
استكشاف مشكلات معدات الخدمة وإصلاحها.
الالتزام بمقاييس الأداء الفردي والجماعي والوفاء بها.
ماذا تحتاج للتأهل
لكي يتم إدراجك في القائمة المختصرة لهذا المنصب ، ستحتاج إلى الامتثال لجميع المتطلبات التالية:
يجب أن يكون مقيمًا في مادبا
حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس
0-3 سنوات خبرة في مجال ذي صلة
ستكون ساعات العمل من 6 إلى 8 ساعات / يوميًا كحد أقصى.
يتطلب العمل العمل في مناوبات مختلفة (ليلا ونهارا)

Customer Service Advisor (Call Center) – Madaba (Part-time)

Job Description
You will serve as the first point of contact between Zain and our loyal customers, and you will be assisting them in a professional manner that will reflect Zain values.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Handing a high volume of inbound calls and greeting customers courteously and professionally.
Assess and evaluate customer concerns and resolve their problems in an efficient and timely manner.
Provide product and service information to our customers.
Promote Zain’s products and services by understanding customer needs and interests and providing them with the right offers that match those needs.
Troubleshoot service equipment issues.
Adhere to, and fulfil individual and team Performance Metrics.
What Do You Need to Qualify
To be shortlisted for the position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:
Must be resident in Madaba
Holding a Bachelor’s degree
0-3 years experience in a related field
Working Hours will be 6 to 8 hours/per day as a max.
Work requires working on different shifts (Day and Night)
