Description
Job Brief:
Responsible for assisting in the development of Umniah Home Broadband proposition in the market. Also, responsible for creating and managing mainly the Fiber segment and to ensure meeting customers’ needs through developing products and services and achieving the targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and plan home broadband products/services for consumer market that match customer needs and enable the company to become the preferred provider for home internet services.
- Create and review business cases for new products/services to maximize the product revenue, impact, and customers.
- Liaise with the product development, IT, Network, and Marketing Communications department to ensure a successful implementation and launch of the agreed products/services roadmap.
- Ensure successful launch for new products/services across several communications channels (traditional and non-traditional channels)
- Think out of the box to introduce creative and new products/services for the consumer market that enhance the customers’ way of living and meet the customers’ needs.
- Support direct manager in preparing the yearly strategy plan for the home broadband segment in order to increase the company market share, segment revenues, reduce churn rate and increase customers’ lifetime value.
- Monitor and analyze home broadband customers base by developing reports to extract insights in terms of data consumption behavior, revenue, churn and internet contents interests
- Track and evaluate new products and services in terms of customers’ base and revenues and make sure product matches the plans
- Deal with sales feedback and related complaints received from end users through front liners such as customer care, back office, and social media channels to take the best action in order to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or any other related field.
Level Of Experience
Limited Experience in a related field.
Essential
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Good command of Power BI or analytical tools
- A working knowledge of marketing tools
Desirable
- A working knowledge of SAS
- A working knowledge of Data Analytics platform
- A working knowledge of Big Data platforms, DWH, CRM, and Billing Systems

- Project Management Certification

Description
Job Brief :
Responsible for managing and supervising all corrective and preventive maintenance activities of electromechanical elements across Umniah’s Data Centers sites and solar and generators across Umniah’s sites Also, responsible for monitoring the network management system of electromechanical elements in the data centers,solar & generators sites and guide the team through various maintenance activities, to ensure that network KPIs are met, while adhering to health and safety measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a holistic maintenance plan for electromechanical elements across Umniah’s data centers and for solar & generators across Umniah’s sites to ensure the network quality standard are delivered
- Supervise corrective maintenance activities of electromechanical elements across Umniah’s data centers centers and for solar & generators across Umniah’s sites, such as repairing and fault finding to ensure that it is carried out effectively
- Supervise preventative maintenance activities of electromechanical elements across Umniah’s data centers centers and for solar & generators across Umniah’s sites to prevent any potential failures
- Monitor electromechanical elements performance through various monitoring systems identifying areas of underperformance in order to develop action plans and guide the team to deliver improvements accordingly
- Prepare technical and statistical reports related to electromechanical elements performance and overall maintenance activities and communicate updates with the management
- Conduct random and regular site visits to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out effectively, and provide support in advanced maintenance situations
- Communicate with external stakeholders (contractors and vendors) to schedule for electromechanical elements periodic maintenance across Umniah’s data centers
- Develop the yearly budget plan for data centers maintenance related activities by ensuring a proper OPEX/CAPEX classification
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders to communicate various maintenance requirements such as spare parts purchasing requests, while ensuring a proper budget tracking
- Ensure that all team members are always adhering to health and safety measures to prevent any potential hazards or injuries
- Prepare the frequent data center test schedule and ensure that the test was carried out in a timely manner, also report the findings to the management
- Follow up the data center visual checks and report the findings
Requirements
Education Bachelor Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering or any related field
Level of Experience Advanced Experience in a related field
Working Environment:50% Office / 50% Field
Tools & Systems
Essential
- Excellent command of DC systems configuration systems (Huawei, ZTE, Delta, Eaton).
- Excellent command of UPS configuration (Eaton, Emerson).
- Excellent command of schematic and electrical diagrams reading and analysis.
- Excellent command of GENSET Configuration systems (DSE configuration suite, Huawei monitoring and configuration system, Rainbow Scada, ABB Plant Viewer and Zelio Soft2)
- Excellent command of solar controller configuration
Desirable
- Good command of AutoCAD software
