Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Sales Planning Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at Noman Al-Juneidi Food Industries. The Sales Planning will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, as well as optimizing the sales planning process. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sales operations and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
· Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and sales plans
· Ensure alignment of sales plans with overall business goals and objectives
· Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
· Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sales performance and trends
· Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales planning and forecasting
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
· 4+ years of experience in sales planning, operations, or a related field
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting tools
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
· Experience in dairy/food manufacturing industry will be a plus
