تعلن شركة Mindset العالمية في الأردن عن حاجتها لتعيين محاسب
#Accounting Officer
Mindset, a regional social research firm based in Amman, is looking to hire an Accounting Officer
with the below qualifications:
⚫
BA or higher in finance, accounting or a similar degree
• 3-5 years of work experience
Thorough knowledge of payroll, tax and social security laws
Excellent command of the English language
Excellent command of MS Excel
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Enter daily transactions and invoices on the accounting system
Reconcile accounts payables and receivables

Prepare monthly payments in the form of cheques or bank transfers and ensure timely
bank payments
Manage petty cash transactions and reconciliations

•
Process company’s payroll every pay period
Follow up the purchasing cycle
Process social security payments
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Perform basic office tasks, such as filing and data entry
