شركة صناعية رائدة موقعها القسطل – عمان تبحث عن توظيف فني جودة ضمن المسؤوليات والخبرات أدناه:
المسؤوليات:
- قراءة المخططات والتعليمات لفهم وتحديد توقعات جودة المنتج المصنع والمستلزمات المستخدمة.
- اختيار المواد الخام المناسبة والمتعلقة بمعايير الجودة وتسجيل أداء الموردين.
- اختيار عينات مصنعة والتحقق منها باستخدام الطرق المناسبة (قياس الأبعاد، اختبار زظائف المنتج، المقارنة بالمواصفات والمعايير، الخ).
- استخدام الأنظمة تلقائية التشغيل لأداء الاختبارات المعقدة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات الاختبارات والمعلومات والمقاييس المختلفة مثل عدد المنتجات التي تحتوي عيوب مصنعية في اليوم وما إلى ذلك.
- فحص أجراءات دورة الإنتاج بأكملها للتأكد من كفاءتها ومطابقتها لمعايير السلامة.
- مراقبة استخدام المعدات للتأكد من سلامتها وحسن صيانتها واستبعاد أي معدات لا تفي بمتطلبات العمل.
- إعداد التقارير وإرسالها إلى مدير الجودة. الخبرات والمتطلبات:
- دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة كفني مراقبة الجودة أو مفتش مراقبة الجودة.
- الانتباه على التفاصيل واتباع النهج القائم على النتائج.
- الإلمام بآلات وأنظمة اختبار الجودة.
- معرفة وافية بمعايير مراقبة الجودة ومنهجيات الاختبار.
- شهادة مراقبة الجودة ميزة قوية (ISO 9000). الامتيازات:

A leading manufacturing company located in Alqastal – Amman is hiring a QC technician vacancy with the following responsibilities and requirement:.
Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.
- Approve or reject raw materials concerning quality standards and record supplier performance.
- Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications, etc.)
- Use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures.
- Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics such as the number of defective products per day, etc.
- Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
- Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained and discard any that doesn’t meet requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager. Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a QC technician or QC inspector.
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000), etc. Benefits:
