Ramadan Abu Lebbeh & Sons Co Al Nejmah Sweets- are looking for a cashier with the following requirement:

Responsibilities and duties:

Managing transactions with customers using cash registers

Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate

Collecting payments whether in cash or credit

Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets

Redeem stamps and coupons

Cross-sell products and introduce new ones

Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Greet customers when entering or leaving the store

Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

Bag, box or gift-wrap packages

Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

Requirement :

• High school degree or Diploma / B.A. degree in accounting or equivalent

• 1-3 years of experience

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Excellent organizational skill

• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role

• Basic PC knowledge

• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS

• Good math skills

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Customer satisfaction-oriented

• Presentable

Ramadan Abu Lebbeh & Sons Co Al Nejmah Sweets- are looking for a branch manager with the following requirement:

Responsibilities and duties:

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales

• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

• Meet goals and metrics

• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Requirement :

•Diploma / B.A. degree in business administration or equivalent

• 1-3 years of experience

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Excellent organizational skill

• Proven branch management experience, or similar role

• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises

• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations

• Excellent organizational skills

• Results driven and customer focused

• Leadership and human resources management skills

• BS in Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities and duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the branch

Direct visitor to the appropriate person

• Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.

Requirement :

• Diploma / B.A. degree in business administration or equivalent

• 1-3 years of experience as receptionist

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Very good typing skills in Arabic and English

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skill

• Multitasking and time management

• Very good In MS office

• Very good communication skills mandatory in both English and Arabic

• Presentable
