Thrifty Car Rental company is looking to hire Operations & Customer Services Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, emails
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints..
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Manage customers’ accounts.
• Record details of actions taken.
• Manage administration.
• Follow up on customer interactions.

The requirements :
• 1-3 years of experience in the same field or related
• Presentable personality
• or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Very good English Language
• Computer skills is must
• Female only
