Responsibilities:Answer and transfers phone calls, screening when necessaryWelcome and direct visitors and clientsMaintain filing systems as assignedRetrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when neededRespond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questionsCoordinate and schedule business trips, meetings, and appointments for managers

or supervisorsPrepare agendas and schedules for meetingsRecord and distributes minutes or other records for meetings

Maintain office supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenanceHandle and coordinate active calendarsProvide administrative support by printing and compiling required documentsProvide ad hoc support around the office as neededProvide logistical support for the management, office, and departmental activitiesAssist with the onboarding process of new employeesPrepare periodic & non – periodic reports as requiredPerform any other duties and responsibilities within the scope of his jobAdhere to company and department’s policies.

The approved system, policies, and procedures in performing his dutiesParticipate effectively in environmental protection programs (energy and water saving, water segregation, etc.)

and notify of any environmental-related nonconformities

✓ Requirements:BA degree or diploma in business administration or any related fieldAccredited certificates or courses in administration are a plusKnowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filingExcellent knowledge of Ms.

Office applicationsERP system knowledge is a plusStrong communication & interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent attention to details & problem

-solving skills.
