𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 · 𝐀𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧, 𝐉𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐧 Roles and responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to accurately record all business transactions.

• Follow up invoices and receipts and maintaining appropriate documentation.

• Update accounts receivable and accounts payable, and generate timely reports.

• Assist in reviewing expenses, payroll records and other assigned financial documents.

• Maintain accurate financial data in databases to ensure immediate availability when required.

• Prepare sales tax documents and ensure timely payments.

• Analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts to maintain financial records.Skills and requirements

• Bachelor of Accounting.2-1

• years experience in accounting in retail company .

• Experience on ERP system ( trust ) .

• Excellent knowledge of MS 365 Office including Excel, Word.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
