نحن نبحث عن خدمة عملاء مخصصة ومتعددة الاستخدامات ووكيل مساعد افتراضي للانضمام إلى فريقنا عن بُعد.
يتطلب هذا الدور متعدد الأوجه فردًا يمكنه تقديم دعم متميز للعملاء، والمساعدة في مختلف الواجبات الإدارية، والحفاظ على درجة عالية من الاحتراف في جميع التفاعلات.
المسؤوليات: دعم العملاء
الرد بسرعة ولطف على استفسارات العملاء من خلال قنوات الاتصال المختلفة، بما في ذلك البريد الإلكتروني والدردشة والهاتف.
معالجة مخاوف العملاء وحلها واستكشاف المشكلات وإصلاحها وتوفير معلومات واضحة ودقيقة حول منتجاتنا أو خدماتنا.
مساعدة العملاء في تقديم الطلبات وتتبع الشحنات وإدارة المرتجعات أو التبادلات. تطوير والحفاظ على فهم شامل لمنتجاتنا وخدماتنا لتقديم إرشادات الخبراء للعملاء.
المساعدة الافتراضية: إدارة المهام الإدارية مثل إدخال البيانات وتحميل المنتجات والأنشطة الخلفية الأخرى.
المساعدة في تنظيم وإدارة الملفات والوثائق والسجلات الرقمية.
إجراء بحث عبر الإنترنت وجمع البيانات حسب الحاجة للمشاريع المتنوعة.
إنشاء وتحسين المستندات ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني ومواد الاتصال الأخرى.
حل المشكلات: تشخيص مخاوف العملاء وتقديم حلول فعالة أو تصعيد المشكلات المعقدة إلى مستويات أعلى عند الحاجة. العمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع أعضاء الفريق لوضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات إبداعية لتعزيز تجربة العملاء.
المؤهلات: شهادة جامعية كحد أدنى في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو أي ما يعادلها. سيكون التعليم الإضافي أو التدريب ميزة. الخبرة السابقة في خدمة العملاء أو الأدوار ذات الصلة أمر ضروري.
- محترف في أدوات الاتصال المختلفة والبرامج المكتبية
.مهارات تواصل كتابية ولفظية استثنائية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
والتعويضات: الراتب الأساسي هو دينار أردني مع حوافز شهرية إضافية حسب حجم المبيعات وبشكل عام
أداء.
معلومات إضافية: سيُطلب من المرشحين الخضوع لاختبارات التقييم كجزء من عملية الاختيار. بعد التوظيف، سيتم مراقبة أنشطة الموظف باستخدام برنامج المسار المباشر لضمان الكفاءة والإنتاجية

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Customer Service and Virtual Assistant Agent to join our team remotely.
This multifaceted role demands an individual who can deliver outstanding customer support, assist with various administrative duties, and uphold a high degree of professionalism throughout all interactions.
Responsibilities:Customer Support
:Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Address and resolve customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear and accurate information about our products or services.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
Virtual Assistance:Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, product uploads, and other backend activities.
Assist in the organization and management of digital files, documents, and records.
Conduct online research and gather data as needed for diverse projects.
Compose and refine documents, emails, and other communication materials.
Problem Solving:Diagnose customer concerns and deliver effective solutions or escalate intricate problems to higher levels when required.Work in tandem with team members to ideate and implement creative strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:A minimum of University Degree in Business management, Marketing, or any equivalent; further education or training will be an advantage.Prior experience in customer service or related roles is essential.
Proficient in various communication tools and office software
.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
and Compensation:The base salary is JOD with additional monthly incentives based on sales volume and overall
performance.
Additional Information:Candidates will be required to undergo assessment tests as part of the selection process.Post hiring, the employee’s activities will be monitored using live track software to ensure efficiency and productivity
.If, after a period of satisfactory performance, there is a need for relocation and the company deems it fit, the candidate must be willing to relocate to Dubai/UAE.
