بكالوريوس العلوم. شهادة في الميكانيكية أو الميكاترونكس أو أي مجال هندسي آخر ذي صلة؛ أو
بكالوريوس العلوم. شهادة في الصيدلة أو الكيمياء أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو أي مجال آخر من مجالات علوم الحياة ذات الصلة.
متطلبات:
مواطن أردني؛
درجة جامعية تمنح بتقدير “جيد جدًا” أو أعلى؛
ممتاز في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية؛
مهارات الكتابة والاتصالات الفنية ممتازة؛
مهارات ممتازة في إنشاء المحتوى؛ و
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي فريق.

Confidential Company for Cosmetics Retail has opening for “Retail Manager” position to join our team
Responsibilities
• Determine buying requirements and formulate buying plan and budget for the assigned department/category.
•Follow up on achieving the monthly sales target in the branches.
• Completing and updating all retail targets and communicating with the team.
• Ensure all HR and H&S policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Analyzing data and business trends to take decisions and provide information to management.
• Driving and delivering sales performance and profit return Manage the inventory and planning.
• Sales forecasting and monitoring of inventory levels
• Manage logistics and the Warehouse operation in Branches.
• Marketing brands to increase their popularity among target consumers.
• Lead and be responsible for recruitment, interviews, selection, training, and development of new employees.
• Opening, closing, and cashing up correctly, ensuring all paperwork for the day has been completed correctly, including targets for the next day and a comprehensive handover.
• Train and develop the team to ensure they deliver outstanding customer Service.
• Understanding the impact that visual merchandising and balance of price points have on customer conversion, average spending, and gross profit margin results.
Qualifications and Skills
• BSc in Business, or related field.
• Has more than 7 years of experience with retail management in the same field (COSMETICS).
• Proven work experience as Retail Manager or Operation Manager.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• High experience in excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good English Language, both written and spoken.
