Airport International Group (AIG)
1# IT Operations Senior Engineer
•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Airport Systems Professional.
•Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, particularly in airport system environments.
•Strong understanding of airport systems and their hands-on operations.
•Knowledge of Office 365, backup systems, and Service Desk tools (certifications are a plus).
•Familiarity with ITIL standards; configuration and asset management certification is advantageous.
2# IT Business Applications Officer
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
•Experience in the full lifecycle of the software development process.
•Deep knowledge of Microsoft ERP Finance and Operations (Finance, Supply Chain, and Asset
Management) and Microsoft CRM.
•Experience with IT service management tools (familiarity with ITIL practices).
3# BI Data Analyst Officer
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•A minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical skills and data management.
•Relevant certifications: Power BI, Data Science, and Data Management.
•Good experience in Database Management (Microsoft SQL), Business Intelligence & Reporting, Building DWH, ETL tools, Data Analysis, and Machine Learning.
4# IT Operations Technician
•Diploma or associate degree in Telecommunications, Computer Networking, or equivalent technical
certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+).
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting network issues.
•Solid understanding of telecommunications principles and network infrastructure.
•Proven experience supervising contractors for data installation, fiber cable pulling, and ensuring work meets standards, deadlines, and budgets.
