Contact Center Advisor

This role is primarily responsible for attending customer inbound calls and resolves queries/ issues directed to Call Center to ensure customer satisfaction. Informs customer about the various products and services offered by the Bank. Follows-up, closes or escalate queries to different functions/ departments/ branches to ensure timely resolution of customer query. Assists in implementing new initiatives undertaken periodically. Handle client queries related to transactions and product

Requirements

1 Attends inbound customer calls and resolves their issues within defined TAT to ensure client satisfaction and retention

2 Generates leads for cross-selling all products to ensure better profitability for the company

3 Follows-up with various departments to ensure queries are resolved within specified TAT

4 Undertakes special projects focusing on customer satisfaction

5 Demonstrates union banks core values and standards in all transactions, interactions

6 Adherence to internal work rules & regulations

7 Ability execute certain banking transactions , for example(transfer,balance inquiry …)

Associate, Data Analyst

This Role for taking the lead in technical architecture, to design and build out the data engineering platform that will form the nucleus of the Analytics, BI and Machine Learning initiatives for Banking Business. The role will involve building and maintaining database solutions that are used for daily reporting and drive business decision making while dealing efficiently with the massive scale of data available through Data Warehouse. Also responsible for designing and implementing solutions that involve data interfaces with both internal and external systems using third-party and in-house reporting tools, modeling metadata, building reports and dashboards, and administering the platform software. Responsible for developing , maintaining , testing and evaluating big data solutions within the Bank.

Responsible for conducting audit engagements according to field of specialization, Part of his job is to audit and review internal control systems and compliance with regulatory requirements, Bank policies & procedures & best practices.

Requirements

Specifications:

Candidates must possess a degree in accounting or finance

2-5 years of experience in department-level audits within the banking sector. Experience in credit auditing is highly desirable

Preference will be given to individuals holding professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CFE, CMA, or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities:

Adheres to the requirements of the IPPF, Bank’s policies, procedures, and other regulatory requirements during planning and conducting IA engagements

Demonstrates due professional care when conducting audit engagements

Plans and conducts audit engagements that considers key risks/controls, and expectations of the management

Developing and updating existing audit programs with coordination of Director/Senior Director

Manages resources efficiently & executes audit engagements through applying audit procedures, as well as obtaining reliable, relevant, and sufficient evidence

Have sufficient knowledge of key information technology risks and controls to perform their assigned work

Discusses audit findings and their impacts with appropriate levels, Drafting accurate & complete audit reports including effective recommendations which deal with root cause of issues and ensures that information in decision making is relevant, accurate and sufficient

Follow up with management to ensure that corrective actions have been effectively implemented or that management has accepted the risk of not taking action

Maintains knowledge of the organization and its risks, regulatory and legal requirements, and latest global trends & emerging issues and assesses the relevance to the audit engagements
