We’re Hiring: Business Development & Sales Associate

Location: Amman – Al-Madina Al-Monawara Street

Company: Markzia Restaurant

Markzia Restaurant is growing! We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Associate with a passion for sales and some experience to help us reach new customers and grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Develop and execute outreach strategies (calls, emails, networking)

• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals

• Present our restaurant services to prospective clients

• Maintain and grow client accounts with personalized attention

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

• Own a car and possess a valid driving license
