3- HSE Engineer مهندس الصحة والسلامة والبيئة
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Assure providing the highest standard of health, safety and environment.
– Document non-compliance and corrective actions. Maintain records of all documents and reports related to HSE.
– Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all concerned parties HSE Representatives, including Subcontractors HSE personnel and management.
– Support the development and implementation and use of HSE Management system, policies and procedures.
– Develop and implement environmental management plans and procedures for construction projects.
– Conduct environmental aspect and impact assessments and site inspections to identify potential issues.
– Monitor and report on environmental performance, including waste management, pollution control, and resource use.
– Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including reporting requirements.
– Collaborate with the HSE manager to address environmental concerns and implement mitigation measures.
– Provide training and support to staff on environmental best practices and regulatory requirements.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental regulations.
– Prepare and submit environmental reports and documentation as required.
– Investigate environmental accidents and propose corrective actions.
Minimum Qualification:
– BSc in Engineering.
– Must have NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
– MOL Accreditation is a must.
– Minimum 2 years of HSE experience.
Skills & Abilities:
– Very good in English
– Very good computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Word, and Excel)
– Very good communication and report writing skills
– Problem solving, investigation and strong analytical skills
– Able to work with team.
– Teamworking skills
– Self-starter
