job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the client base within Amman.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine and adjust sales strategies.

• Prepare regular sales reports and coordinate closely with management on forecasts and strategic plans.

• Conduct daily field visits following assigned routes and submit regular field reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.

• Proven FMCG Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in FMCG sales.

• Client Relations: Strong, effective relationships with clients in the market.

• Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent ability to understand customer needs, propose suitable

solutions, and close deals effectively.

• Target Achievement: Ability to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets under pressure.

• Field Work: Commitment to performing daily field visits and reporting activities.

• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.

• License: Valid driver’s license is required; owning a private vehicle is a plus.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
