GGGI web page. CURRENT OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the Jordan Country Office to support the project “Integrated Adoption of E-Mobility in Jordan”.
This initiative, implemented in close collaboration with the Ministry of Environment and other national stakeholders, aims to accelerate the adoption of electric mobility solutions in Jordan,
with a special focus on the tourism transport sector.
The project supports Jordan’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), the Green Growth National Action Plan, and the Economic Modernization Vision by advancing low-carbon transport, developing national standards and regulations, and piloting innovative models such as electric buses for tourism mobility.
The intern will gain experience in project implementation, and stakeholder engagement within an international development organization.
The assignment will include, but is not limited to, the following:
Support research and data collection on e-mobility trends, policies, and best practices in Jordan and internationally.
Assist in developing briefing notes, policy summaries, and presentations related to electric vehicles,
charging infrastructure, and sustainable transport planning.
Contribute to the preparation of project reports, workshops, and public-private dialogues.
Assist in stakeholder coordination with ministries, municipalities, private sector operators, and development partners.
Provide logistical and technical support during field visits, consultations, and
capacity-building activities
.Assist in preparing knowledge products (dashboards, infographics, PPTs) to communicate project findings and recommendations.
Perform other duties as required in support of the e-mobility project team
