Description
1. Job Purpose:
Responsible for the consumer from first contact throughout the entire lifetime of a relation and obtain successful retention efforts. Responsible for understanding consumer needs and accordingly develop marketing strategies & implement campaigns to retain consumers, reduce churn, and increase loyalty & engagement.
2. The job entails exposure to:
- Analyze consumer behavior, create segments and initiate action plans
- Launch retention campaigns, abide to Product launching process
- Launch frequent Campaigns in timely manner on all communication channels relevant to the segments
- Develop A/B testing on campaigns
- Monitor campaigns and propose rectifying actions to enhance pickup rate
- Explore new communication channels
- Create dashboards to Report KPIs on frequent manner (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Identify churn reasons and use insights from various sources to tackle churn
- Create campaigns to increase consumer engagement to prevent churn
- Work closely with data scientist team to develop new and enhance existing analytics models to track and analyze customer behavior
- Identify and prioritize areas of improvement involving customer experience.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineer.
Certifications & Licensure :
Essential:
- Bachelor Degree
- MS Excel related Certificates
- SPSS
- Consumer Behavior Courses
- SAS related Certificates
- Data visualization Certificates
Desirable:
Data Analytics Certificates
Tools & Systems:
Essential:
- A working knowledge with MS Office (Excel or Access)
- A working knowledge with CRM
- Basic knowledge in Power BI or any visualizing tool
- A working knowledge with Alteryx
- A working knowledge with SAS CMS
- A working knowledge with SAS Enterprise guide
Desirable:
A working knowledge with RTDM platforms
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of attention to details
- Basic Analytical Skills
- Excellent Project management skills (follow up, meeting deadline, planning)
- Basic experience in dealing with Big Data
- Ability to maintain a Customer Centric approach
- Excellent research skills
- Basic knowledge in consumer behavior
- Excellent presentation skills
- Basic data visualization Skills
Desirable:
- Basic Knowledge of Telecom Industry and up to date with technologies
- Basic Knowledge of Big Data
