نحن نبحث عن متخصص تسويق لمساعدتنا في تحليل بياناتنا وأنشطتنا التسويقية الشاملة. سيكون اختصاصي التسويق مسؤولاً عن إجراء وتحليل التقارير المختلفة ، وتوليد أفكار جديدة للشركة وكذلك متابعة جميع الأنشطة التسويقية للكيانات على أساس يومي.عرض مزيد من التفاصيل
واجبات و مسؤوليات
– إجراء تحليل المبيعات
- تجميع وتحليل البيانات بمرور الوقت للتنبؤ باتجاهات المبيعات
- إعداد تقارير دقيقة باستخدام بيانات من مصادر داخلية وخارجية
- تقديم المعلومات والأفكار القابلة للتنفيذ لأعضاء الفريق والإدارة
- جمع وتحليل البيانات من أجل فهم المشاكل ومعالجتها بشكل استباقي
- تعاون مع أعضاء الفريق وأعضاء الإدارات الأخرى
- عمل تقارير تحليل مبيعات مفصلة
- عمل عروض تقديمية تعرض نتائج مبيعات مختلفة
– إجراء أبحاث السوق
- إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد اتجاهات الأعمال واحتياجات العملاء ورغباتهم وكذلك فرص الترويج والنمو
- بحث وتحليل اتجاهات السوق وعروض المنافسين والتركيبة السكانية والمعلومات الأخرى التي تؤثر على استراتيجيات التسويق
- تحليل البيانات وإجراء المسوحات لجمع المعلومات اللازمة وتفسير البيانات لإنشاء استراتيجيات تسويقية ناجحة
– تطوير استراتيجيات التسويق
- قم بإنشاء حملات تسويقية وإعلانية (عبر الإنترنت وغير متصل) من شأنها زيادة مبيعات الأعمال وجذب عملاء جدد.
- عقد اجتماعات مع الأقسام الفنية أو أقسام المبيعات لفهم تفاصيل المنتجات ومناقشة الاستراتيجيات معهم
- تحديد مجالات التحسين في عروض المنتجات وتكتيكات المبيعات واستراتيجية التسويق والأنشطة الترويجية
- مراقبة أداء التسويق والمبيعات وتعديل الاستراتيجيات حسب الحاجة
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الأعمال العامة أو المجالات الأخرى ذات الصلة
- درجة الماجستير زائد
- إتقان برنامج Microsoft Excel
- مهارات الكتابة العربية أمر لا بد منه
الخبرة العملية
- خبرة 7+ سنوات على الأقل في التسويق في النفط والغاز / الهندسة / الخدمات أو شركة سلع استهلاكية

We are looking for a marketing specialist to help us in our data analysis and our overall marketing activities. The marketing specialist will be responsible for conducting & analyzing various reports, generating new ideas for the company as well as following up with all the entities’ marketing activities on a daily basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
– Conduct Sales Analysis
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
- Creating detailed sales analysis reports
- Creating presentations showcasing different sales results
– Conduct Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify business trends and customers’ needs and desires as well as opportunities for promotion and growth
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affect marketing strategies
- Analyze data and conduct surveys to gather the necessary information and interpret the data to create successful marketing strategies
– Develop Marketing Strategies
- Create marketing and advertising campaigns (online & offline) that will increase business’ sales and bring in new customers.
- Conduct meetings with the technical or sales departments to understand the details of the products and discuss strategies with them
- Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
- Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, General Business or other related fields
- Masters Degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Arabic Writing Skills is a must
Professional Experience
- Min 7+ years of Marketing experience in a Oil & Gas/ Engineering/ Service or FMCG company
