We are excited to announce that EJADA is actively seeking a 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫. This is a pivotal role in our professional, growing, transparent, and collaborative team, where your expertise will be highly valued and integral to our operations!
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, business teams, and the technical team.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical
stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
• Ensure the delivery of DXP projects within scope, budget, and timeline while adhering to quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for projects leveraging platforms such as Sitecore and Optimizely.
• Stay updated on the latest DXP trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
• Champion Agile practices and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, QA specialists, and DevOps engineers.
• Define and track KPIs to measure project success.
• Ensure the delivery of high-performing, scalable, and maintainable DXP solutions.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing DXP-related projects.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in implementing Sitecore, Optimizely, or
Progress Sitefinity.
• Experience managing teams delivering solutions on top of DXPs, including integration with CRM,
marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥?
• Experience with specific banking, e-payment, fintech, or governmental.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile.
