Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Jordan
Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to support our Human Resources department. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing
– Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
– Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, performance, etc.) in both digital and paper formats
– Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
– Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information
– Assist in performance appraisal processes and staff development activities
– Organize and maintain HR documents and ensure confidentiality of employee data
– Ensure company compliance with labor laws and internal policies
– Support in planning HR initiatives such as engagement programs, training, and wellness activities
– Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and analytics
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
– 2–4 years of experience in an HR support or officer role
– Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
– High level of confidentiality and professionalism
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Multilingual abilities may be beneficial depending on company location
