Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Amman, Jordan
Department: Finance
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization. This role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Finance Manager will provide strategic recommendations to the executive team, based on financial analysis and projections, cost control, and revenue forecasting.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts
– Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
– Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business performance
– Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies
– Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
– Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
– Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring proper delegation and upskilling
– Oversee the implementation of accounting systems, processes, and controls
– Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement
– Provide financial advice and support to key stakeholders and departments
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
– Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a financial management role
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– High attention to detail and a strong sense of ethics and integrity
