Job Description

Job Summary:

Service Advisor is the first point of contact with customers and acts as a representative of the service Center.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Acts as an advisor / consultant, communicate effectively with customers (verbally & in writing) and provide applicable solutions

Follow company policies of receiving and delivering vehicles

Respond to general inquiries from customers, handle customer complains professionally and find effective solutions

Conduct market research when necessary and provide recommendations accordingly

Requirements:

BSc in Mechanical Engineering or any related field

1 year of experience in a similar field
