We Look for Reservation & Operations Supervisors – Senior Level.(Minimum Experience 5-6 years in reservations and operations)
This job requires somebody who is loyal, who can work according to set systems, checklists, has social media skills, is diplomatic and has very good interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, travel, hotel or any related field.
Computer skills (Microsoft office Applications).
Excellent spoken and written English
Following up on routes and journeys and generating a weekly report about these statuses of routes and journeys.
Supervises the reservation functions ensuring all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner.
Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest’s expectation
Handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications to bookings.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Flexibility and availability to work in 3 different shifts (A, Mid, and B, C Shift)
Managing a team of supervisors and drivers.
Flexibility and availability to work in 3 different shifts (A, Mid, and B, C Shift)
The person has to have an operational and reservation experience with management of people
